GreenTech Acceleration Program brings German companies to Chile

Three German GreenTech companies took part in an acceleration programme to explore the Chilean market and identify concrete business opportunities. In Santiago and Concepción, they held more than 45 meetings with potential partners and customers and gained valuable insights into the Chilean market.

As part of the GreenTech Acceleration Program, three German GreenTech companies had the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the Chilean market and explore business opportunities for their solutions. Paper Earth, reLi Energy and Telura presented solutions in the fields of the circular economy, energy storage and sustainable geothermal energy, and connected with potential partners, customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Organised jointly with the Bavarian Representative Office for South America, the programme took place in Santiago and Concepción. More than 45 individual meetings, three networking events, as well as several company and university visits enabled the participating companies to gain first-hand insights into the Chilean market and its requirements and to establish initial contacts with potential cooperation partners.

From Market Insights to Initial Business Contacts

The programme focused on direct exchange with Chilean companies and institutions and on exploring concrete business opportunities. The meetings and visits provided the participating companies with practical insights into the market and helped them identify relevant stakeholders and potential cooperation partners.

From Initial Contacts to Potential Partnerships

Following the programme, discussions with various Chilean companies, institutions and other market stakeholders continued. The newly established contacts provide opportunities for further discussions and potential cooperation and can serve as a basis for the next steps towards entering the Chilean market.

The GreenTech Acceleration Program was implemented as part of the Environmental Protection Export Initiative. It supports German companies in presenting their innovative environmental technologies on international markets, getting to know relevant market stakeholders and preparing potential business opportunities.
