The publication analyses the situation of the circular economy in the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The focus is on the status and development goals of biowaste management. The publication was produced as part of the project "Development of guidelines for the municipal management of biowaste in the Baltic States" and aims to improve biowaste management in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and to implement EU requirements.
